Fantastic, service minded staff. We had a room with sea view and a terrace. Beautiful views of the lake, We spent a couple of afternoons in the gardens by the pool and spa. Such a fantastic relaxing place! Many different types of areas and chairs. The staff came with complimentary fruit, snacks and ice cream ❤️ Expensive but worth every penny! Highly recommended

We spent a fantastic extended weekend at this beautiful hotel, surrounded by the great views of Garda lake. The junior suite room is huge and has an excellent view over the lake and garden. We also recommend trying all restaurants, we were impressed by the fine dining concept with carefully selected dishes and great service by our waiter Michelle. Kids loved the pool as well!

We stayed at Grand Hotel Fasano as part of our Honeymoon. The hotel is very large and situated on stunning grounds on the edge of the water. It’s beautiful outside. The inside of the hotel is a bit dated, especially the rooms. We dined at both restaurants and the food and service was exceptional at both, as well as the breakfast buffet. Service at the pool bar and upstairs bar is not as good, much slower. We enjoyed our experience at the Spa as well and loved using the amenities following our massages.

Excellent, attentive and responsive staff. We will 100% return in the future. Well appointed spacious rooms with an unbeatable view of the lake and a balcony. Nice bathroom and bathtub, and motorized window shades were a huge plus! The spa area was nice, clean and featured an indoor to outdoor pool, which you swam through a little tunnel to the outdoor pool, which was warm enough to still enjoy in November. We didn't have time to dine at their other onsite restaurants, but we did have dinner at Lido 84 a 5 minute walk away (which recommended Grand Hotel as a close option). I highly recommend a dinner at Lido 84 in addition to a stay at Grand Hotel Fasano. Also, if you have the Platinum Amex, book directly through the Amex site for the Fine Hotels + Resorts benefit.

Location is magnificent, facilities are great however rooms are standard and bathrooms are very small. Reception staff are very rude especially Aliza , she looks like a military officer performing a task! No smiling , no reactions what so ever. Restaurant staff are amazing. Pools, gem and spa are fairly good. Value for money is very low.

My wife and I like a nice spa this is beyond nice. Steam, sauna, cold dip, all in a quiet adult setting. The property is such an old classic with a modern spa that you just don’t find that easily. The property itself is meticulously maintained by the staff that from the front to the restaurants were wonderful. Special thanks to the wait staff Massimo, Vincenzo, Sara, and Nicolo with his wonderful accent and personality that shines through. Thank you all for a very magical experience. Till next time ciao!

Beautiful and historic hotel with nicely kept lakeside garden. Exquisite dining and al fresco lunch options. Staff is competent and friendly, attention to detail is very strong. Pricetag is to match the luxurious ambience with food and water activities but its a relaxation level unlike much else. Definitely recommended for couples as its a very romantic spot and its a big plus that its close to the famous Lido84 restaurant aswell.
